New Community Center Construction (Photos Below)

The newly designed community center plan is a three story building.  The first floor houses a Wellness Center with an indoor lap pool, a therapeutic hot tub, large exercise room outfitted with weight & cardiovascular machines, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a family changing room, aerobics/classroom, and outpatient rehabilitation therapy. This Wellness Center is designed to accommodate the wider community as well as our own residents. Programming will include opportunities for the senior population of this region to become involved. Planned is a state of the art Outpatient Rehabilitation Center providing comprehensive therapy services to the wider community.

The second floor plans include various areas for entertainment and services. Included is a branch of People’s Bank, card/game room, billiards room, gift shop, administrative offices, multipurpose room accommodating 250 people theater style, a bistro, library, and conversational seating for folks to visit and enjoy the atmosphere.

The third level features a mezzanine to accommodate the overflow for the multipurpose room and serve as an additional space to host events. It also serves as a connector to a future independent living apartment building.
