Cottage Homes
The homes at Lake Prince Woods are nestled among 172 lovely wooded acres just 3 miles from downtown Suffolk, in the southeast corner of Virginia. Active residents can choose cottages or apartments adjoining a community center designed for active retirees' lifestyles. Residents may choose from multiple floor plans, thoughtfully designed for comfortable living. The cottages are located throughout the 172-acre community and arranged in neighborhood clusters with great privacy and ample green space.
Villa Homes
The Traditional Villa homes are located in the Village at Lake Prince Woods and are only slightly smaller than the Cottage Homes, with one shared wall between them. Most villa homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Anchorage Apartments
Residents have the choice of two bedroom, one bedroom or studio apartments conveniently located in the central part of the community and attached to the community center – where the hub of activity takes place. Apartment residents have all utilities and 20 meals per month included in their monthly fees, making life less complicated. Apartment and cottage residents enjoy creative programming and opportunities for education, culture and ample social activity – right at their doorstep!
