Yoga is incredible for all populations to help maintain balance, keep joints flexible, and maintain bone health and muscle mass. Yoga is also great for focus, concentration, and emotional wellbeing.
Lake Prince Woods offers yoga classes every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – mat yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm; chair yoga at 10:30am on Fridays. All classes are led by a certified yoga instructor.
