May is Older Americans Month --Wellness

The theme of this year’s Older American Month is “Blaze a Trail”.   Lake Prince Woods is “blazing a trail” with a calendar full of a variety of activities in May.  Although Americans are living longer, more are developing chronic illnesses.  About 80% of older American have at least on chronic health condition.  It is never too late to get more active or revamp your diet.  Small things can lead to huge differences in the way you feel.
